Margaret McMullan is the author of nine award-winning books including In My Mother’s House, How I Found the Strong, and Where the Angels Lived for which she received an NEA Fellowship and a Fulbright to Hungary. Margaret’s essays have appeared in The Bulwark, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Boston Herald, and other periodicals. She was the Melvin Peterson Endowed Chair at the University of Evansville, where she taught for 25 years. She writes full time now in Pass Christian, Mississippi.
