Want a perfect face? Brush it. The method you use for makeup and skin care application can be as important as what products you are using. Your daily beauty routine can be simplified and cleaner if you choose a brush over your fingers. Sometimes…it's all in the tools.
Start Fresh.
Try applying your moisturizer with a foundation brush. They come in all shapes and sizes. Cover FX has a beautiful feather-soft foundation brush. Gently load the brush with your moisturizer of choice and stipple the moisturizer into your skin. Wipe off any excess moisturizer. Repeat with your chosen foundation.
The Eyes Have It.
When working with the eyes use a soft shadow brush to help layer color. Stila brush # 9 is a great all-over shadow tool. Define your lovely lids further with some detail work. Try the Stila brush #28 with its double-ended tips, giving you two choices to enhance your lash line. Using it flat against your lash line, the slightly beveled edge gives you a line that you can smudge out if you choose. (Perfect for that smokey eye!) The pointed side is great when working with liquid, cake, or gel liners.
