Lots of soy, no bundle of joy?

You know that cute vegan barista you secretly lust after? Well, today brings good news and bad news. The good news is the chances of him getting you pregnant during a late night cafe au lait are probably lower than a steamy evening with your trainer. The bad news is that if you've got a vegetarian at home and are trying to have a baby, he might not be your best option.
A new study from the Harvard Public School of Health shows that regular soy consumption may cut a man's sperm count. Soy eaters had 41 million fewer sperm per milliliter and that was with an average of one serving every other day. Apparently, even sensitive men can only take so much soy. But take heart, most men who began with normal sperm counts (80-100 million) would remain above the mininimum range of 20 million.
If you want a fertile man, just keep him on a steady diet of meatball subs. Because the closer he looks to being with child, the closer you might just be as well.
