Sex with Ex Helps Woman Lose 100 Pounds
It’s easy to backslide to your ex. It’s comfortable, and come to think of it, the sex was pretty damn good, too. Pauline Potter, a 47-year-old obese woman, has taken “getting-back-with-your-ex” to a whole new level. In an interview with HLN’s Dr. Drew Pinsky, Ms. Potter, once known as the ”Heaviest Woman Alive,” confessed that having sex with her ex-husband has helped her shed 100 pounds.
Ms. Potter weighed 700 pounds when she contacted the Guinness Book of World Records trying to take advantage of her increasingly terrible situation. But soon she grew tired of her weight and decided to do something about it.
Her “sexercise” with her ex-husband Alex has helped her drop down to 600 pounds, burning 500 calories per session. It’s not the only reason. She also spends more time at water therapy and in her diet replaces sugary treats with fruit most of the time. “I found that a lot of people in this world are intrigued that fat girls like sex, too,” she told Dr. Drew.
It just goes to show that no matter what size you are there are men out there who will love you all the same. Also, nice to known we can booty call our way to our ideal weight. What are you waiting for?
